Reverse-engineering the brain with AI
We integrate experimental biology with artificial intelligence to uncover how the brain stores memories. Through this interdisciplinary research, we aim to lay the foundation for effective treatments targeting memory loss associated with aging and neurological disorders.

Deciphering the architecture of memory engrams
We study the structural basis of memory across multiple levels—from molecules and synapses to complex neural circuits. Our work is supported by the U. S. National Institutes of Health.
